Guest Relations and Services
Our Guest Relations and Services Department is here to anticipate every guest need and meet each request promptly and efficiently. To ensure all guests receive excellent service while at New Orange Hills, the Guest Relations Staff makes regular visits to your guest room to discuss concerns and to answer questions regarding our services. New Orange Hills offers many services and the Guest Relations Staff coordinates these services for you. Complete Room Care Services are also provided by the Guest Relations Department. Your guest room is serviced daily and more frequently upon request.

The Guest Relations and Services Department is available 7 days a week to ensure your recreational, social, educational, and therapeutic needs are met. Projects, crafts, games, videos and other entertainment services are available. Entertainment and Social calendars are posted throughout the facility. We encourage all guests and visitors to attend entertainment programs and social events.

 

Clinical Care Services
The Care Manager coordinates and facilitates all aspects of clinical care delivered to our guests. All concerns regarding your condition or treatment plan should be directed to your Care Manager.

Each guest is assigned a Resource Manager to assist with admission, case management, social services and discharge planning. These components are similar and essential for a smooth transition from the acute hospital to New Orange Hills and eventually home. The Resource Manager will visit your guest room periodically to assist you with these services.

Personal care is provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) under the supervision of Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) and Registered Nurses (RN). The Clinical Care Staff also includes Respiratory Therapists (RT) and Restorative Nurses Aides (RNA). Clinical Care Staff are available 24 hours a day for consultation. All questions and concerns regarding a guests condition or treatment plan should be directed to the designated Unit Care Manager. The Director of Clinical Services is also available to assist you.

 

Rehabilitation Services
Our Physical (PT), Occupational (OT) and Speech Therapists are available Monday through Saturday. All rehabilitation services are provided only with a written physician order and insurance approval.

New Orange Hills also offers Ventilator and Tracheotomy care, Intravenous Therapy and Wound management, and Hospice.

 
Nutritional Services
Our Dietary Services staff provides delicious food tailored to our guests' preferences in conjunction with physician orders. Select menus are distributed to you for each meal. Meal service is delivered to your room or served in the Dining Room. Dietary Services also delivers meals to other areas of the facility, upon request. Guest Meals may be ordered ($3.50/each) at the Guest Reception Desk. Menu choices posted daily.
